1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "7u7v", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 7u7v online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://7u7v.io, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the 7u7v website, mobile web application, and any associated software, tools, or services made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 7u7v Platform.
• "Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held within a User's 7u7v Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, instant game, or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by 7u7v to Users, subject to individual promotional terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Users.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time references in these Terms unless otherwise stated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to unlock full Platform functionality.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7u7v Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7u7v. They apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions published for individual games, promotions, or payment methods on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and them.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the 7u7v Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 7u7v strictly enforces its 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.

Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Any balance in such an Account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and any winnings derived from Bets placed by a minor will be void.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 7u7v Platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7u7v makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Capacity

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Users who have been subject to a self-exclusion order, whether through 7u7v's own tools or through any other responsible gaming body, are not eligible to create a new Account or use the Platform during the exclusion period.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the 7u7v Platform, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. 7u7v will not be responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 7u7v Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or under the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, balances may be frozen, and any Bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be voided.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7u7v reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and age. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 7u7v strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been conducted by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7u7v support immediately via live chat or email at support at 7u7v.io.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 7u7v support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7u7v accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other banking partners listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is always available on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Limits applicable to your Account are displayed in the cashier section of your dashboard.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7u7v Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7u7v does not charge currency conversion fees. Your Wallet balance is displayed exclusively in BDT.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via banking channels may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time. 7u7v is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network operators.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Accounts are processed on the same business day if submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time. Requests submitted after this cutoff are processed on the following business day. 7u7v reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large transactions or where fraud indicators are present.

5.6 Responsible Use of Deposits

You must only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. 7u7v strongly recommends using the deposit limit tools available in your account settings to control your spending. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means will be rejected, and any associated Account will be reported to relevant authorities.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All Bets placed on the 7u7v Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within each betting market and game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A Bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Wallet. 7u7v reserves the right to decline or void any Bet at its discretion, including where a system error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, where a market has been suspended, or where 7u7v has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. 7u7v reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Accounts where betting patterns suggest abuse, arbitrage, or system exploitation.

6.4 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a clear pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement; the event was subject to confirmed match-fixing or corruption; or a technical error caused an incorrect settlement. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Wallet.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid price changes and temporary suspension. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected. 7u7v uses real-time data feeds to update live odds; however, delays between the live event and the data feed may occasionally occur. 7u7v accepts no liability for losses arising from such data latency.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 7u7v are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is launched. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these Terms & Conditions and the specific promotional terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are specified in the promotion details. Wagering is calculated on real-money bets only; bonus funds themselves do not contribute to the wagering requirement calculation unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

7u7v actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets across accounts to minimise wagering risk; exploiting pricing errors to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7u7v reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated Account without prior notice.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your Wallet automatically. 7u7v will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

8 Responsible Gaming

7u7v is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from your account dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the net losses you are willing to sustain.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u7v Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing Account access with, or placing Bets on behalf of, a third party.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals while retaining funds or winnings derived from the reversed deposit.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7u7v staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7u7v Platform — including but not limited to the 7u7v brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data feeds, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7u7v or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any 7u7v intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 7u7v. Unauthorised use of 7u7v intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and other legal remedies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from interrupted service, data loss, unauthorised account access, or incorrect odds settlement.

7u7v's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

7u7v does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily limit access to some or all Platform features.

Nothing in this clause limits 7u7v's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

7u7v collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7u7v uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your payment details are processed via certified payment gateways and are not stored on 7u7v servers.

7u7v may share your personal data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or where we reasonably believe it necessary to prevent fraud or protect the security of the Platform.

13 Amendments to Terms

7u7v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7u7v will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 4.5.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7u7v operates the Platform for Bangladesh-based players and applies the relevant legal framework accordingly.

In the event of a dispute regarding a Bet settlement, account suspension, or bonus decision, you should first contact 7u7v support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. 7u7v aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
